2010 -
Jonathan ‘Jonny’ Cocker returns for his fourth season driving with Paul Drayson (London/Gloucestershire, UK). The two share the Lola B10/06-Judd V10 with Emanuele Pirro (Rome) in the endurance events. Will campaign the full American Le Mans Series (ALMS), at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Asian Le Mans Series and in the Intercontinental Cup (Petit Le Mans, Silverstone and in Asia).

 

2009 - Shared Aston Martin Vantage GT2 in the ALMS (Sebring), Le Mans Series and 24 Hours of Le Mans with Drayson. Pair switched to No. 88 Drayson LMP1 Lola-Judd for Petit Le Mans, Laguna Seca and Asian Le Mans Series (Japan). Won one pole and set two fastest race laps at the Okayama Circuit (Japan) racing the Lola in the Asian Le Mans Series.

 

2008 - Debuted in the ALMS with Drayson-Barwell Racing driving an Aston Martin. Earned a season-high seventh at Laguna Seca. Finished 21st in season driver championship.

 

2007 - Earned two victories, three pole positions and 10 podium finishes in 14 starts on his way to
finishing second in the British GT Championship driving a bio-ethanol powered Aston Martin DBRS9 with Paul Drayson. Made two FIA GT starts with a best finish of eighth in China. Won the Britcar Night Race from pole position and setting fastest race lap in a bio-fueled Aston Martin co-driving with Drayson. Was named the No. 1 British GT Driver by Autosport magazine. Became a fulltime BRDC Member.

 

2006 - Finished second overall in the FIA GT3 European Championship with eight podium finishes in 10 races including three victories driving an Aston Martin DBRS9. Earned third overall in the British GT Championship, GT3 class with three wins and three second-place finishes in eight starts also driving a DBRS9. Marked his first season driving an Aston Martin in competition.

 

2005 - Won the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Championship on the shoulders of three wins, three secondplace and one third-place finishes, five pole positions and three fastest race laps. Made first endurance sports car appearance driving a Porsche 996 GT3 RSR in three Le Mans Endurance Series events (Spa- Francorchamps, Silverstone and Monza).

 

2004 - At age 18, became the youngest-ever driver to win the British GT Championship driving a Porsche 996 RSR to six wins, five second-place and three third-place finishes. Finished third in class in the FIA GT race at Donington Park. Won the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia race in Shanghai. Named the British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC) “Rising Star” and was nominated by Autosport for “Club Racing Driver of the Year”.

 

2003 - Finished fourth in the Porsche Michelin Carrera Cup Great Britain with four podiums. Started
Porsche Supercup event on British GP weekend. Won two Porsche Open races at Donington Park. Won Radical Enduro Championship event.

 

His Start - Began racing at age 14 in the British Racing & Sports Car Club T-Car Championship in 2001 earning four podiums. Nine podiums and fourth in the 2002 championship.

 

Outside the Cockpit:
Jonny Cocker enjoys cars, music and fitness training. When not driving he acts as an instructor for hopeful race drivers. Cocker is single and lives in Guisborough, Yorks in the United Kingdom.
